Plantings are warranted against disease and non-growth for a period of 1 year from the end date of Services. All warranty claims must be made within 1 year from the end date of Services. Plant warranty excludes damage due to lawn and yard equipment, vehicles, other contractors, and gross Customer negligence. Warranty is void if full payment has not been made according to terms.
HARDSCAPE WARRANTY:
Hardscape materials constructed from precast aggregates are warranted against workmanship defects for a period of 5 years from the end date of Services. Hardscape warranty excludes efflorescence, a common whitish deposit found on many concrete products that occurs naturally. Warranty excludes damage due to vandalism, lawn and yard equipment, vehicles, gross customer negligence, other contractors, and/or "Acts of God". Hardscape warranty for precast concrete pavers is void if rock salt, ice melt, and/or other was found to be applied on precast concrete pavers. Warranty is void if full payment has not be made according to terms.
